1.1 These Terms govern all use of the phkoy website, mobile-optimised platform, and any related services (collectively, the "Platform"). By creating a phkoy account, making a deposit, placing a bet, or otherwise using the Platform, you unconditionally accept these Terms.

2.1 Age Requirement. You must be at least twenty-one (21) years of age to register and use the phkoy Platform. This age restriction is mandated by Philippine law and PAGCOR regulations. phkoy strictly enforces this requirement.
2.2 Jurisdiction. The phkoy Platform is intended for use by players physically located in the Philippines. It is your sole responsibility to ensure that online gambling is legal in your jurisdiction before using the Platform.

3.3 Account Security. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your phkoy login credentials (username and password). You must not share your login details with any third party. phkoy will not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to maintain credential security.
3.4 Identity Verification (KYC). phkoy is required to conduct Know Your Customer (KYC) verification in compliance with applicable Philippine regulations. You agree to provide a valid government-issued Philippine identification document (e.g., PhilSys National ID, passport, driver's licence, or UMID) upon request. Withdrawal of funds may be withheld pending satisfactory completion of KYC verification.
3.5 Account Currency. All phkoy accounts are denominated in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱). All deposits, bets, winnings, and withdrawals are processed in PHP unless otherwise specified.
4.1 Accepted Payment Methods. phkoy accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, and Metrobank. phkoy reserves the right to add or remove payment methods at its discretion.
4.2 Minimum Deposit. The minimum deposit amount is ₱100 unless otherwise stated on the Platform. Minimum and maximum deposit limits may vary by payment method.
4.3 Withdrawal Processing. phkoy aims to process withdrawal requests within the timeframes published on the Platform. GCash and PayMaya withdrawals are typically processed within 3–5 minutes of approval. Bank transfers via BPI, BDO, and Metrobank are typically processed within 1–3 business hours. Processing times may vary during peak periods or due to KYC verification requirements.

4.5 Dormant Accounts. Accounts that have been inactive for a period of twelve (12) consecutive months may be classified as dormant. phkoy reserves the right to apply an administrative fee to dormant accounts in accordance with its published dormant account policy.
5.1 General Bonus Terms. All bonuses, free bets, and promotional offers made available by phkoy are subject to specific terms and conditions published alongside each offer. In the event of any conflict between a specific promotion's terms and these general Terms, the specific promotion terms shall prevail.
5.2 Wagering Requirements. Unless otherwise stated, bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before they may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier will be stated in the relevant promotion's terms. Bonus funds and any winnings derived from bonus funds cannot be withdrawn until wagering requirements are fully met.
5.3 Bonus Abuse. phkoy reserves the right to void bonuses and any associated winnings, and to suspend or close accounts, where it reasonably suspects that a player is abusing the bonus system. Indicators of bonus abuse include, but are not limited to: opening multiple accounts to claim the same bonus, placing low-risk bets to satisfy wagering requirements, or coordinating with other players to exploit promotional offers.
5.4 Bonus Expiry. Bonuses that are not used within the validity period stated in the relevant promotion's terms will expire and be forfeited automatically.
6.1 All games available on the phkoy Platform are governed by individual game rules published within each game interface. Players are responsible for familiarising themselves with the rules of each game before placing bets.
6.2 phkoy uses certified Random Number Generators (RNGs) for all applicable games. Live dealer games are streamed from regulated studios. phkoy does not manipulate game outcomes.
6.3 In the event of a technical malfunction during gameplay, phkoy reserves the right to void affected bets and return stakes to players. phkoy's decision in such matters is final.
6.4 Minimum and maximum bet limits apply to all games and are displayed within each game interface. phkoy reserves the right to adjust bet limits at any time.
7.1 The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the phkoy Platform:

8.1 All content on the phkoy Platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, game software, audio, and video, is the intellectual property of phkoy or its licensors and is protected by applicable Philippine and international intellectual property laws.
8.2 You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial purposes only. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any Platform content without phkoy's prior written consent.
9.1 To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, phkoy shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Platform.
9.2 phkoy's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your phkoy account in the thirty (30) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
9.3 phkoy does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. phkoy shall not be liable for any losses arising from Platform downtime, technical errors, or third-party service failures.
10.1 phkoy collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using the Platform, you consent to phkoy's data practices as described in the Privacy Policy.
10.2 phkoy may be required to disclose player information to PAGCOR, the Anti-Money Laundering Council (AMLC), or other Philippine regulatory authorities in accordance with applicable law.
11.1 phkoy is committed to promoting responsible gaming. The Platform provides tools including deposit limits, session time reminders, cooling-off periods, and self-exclusion options to help players manage their gaming activity.

12.1 Termination by Player. You may close your phkoy account at any time by contacting phkoy customer support via live chat. Upon closure, any remaining balance (subject to wagering requirements and KYC verification) will be returned to you via your registered payment method.
12.2 Termination by phkoy. phkoy reserves the right to suspend or permanently close your account at any time, with or without notice, if phkoy reasonably believes that you have breached these Terms, engaged in fraudulent activity, or if required to do so by applicable law or regulatory directive.
12.3 Upon termination of your account for any reason, all licences granted to you under these Terms shall immediately cease. Provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination shall continue to apply.
13.1 These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines.
13.2 Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms that cannot be resolved through phkoy's internal complaints procedure shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines.
14.1 phkoy reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered players via email or a prominent notice on the Platform. The date of the most recent revision is indicated at the top of this page.
14.2 Your continued use of the phkoy Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and close your account.
